Kinesioteip on veekindel, p&uuml;sib nahal pikkade&nbsp;treeningute v&auml;ltel, ujudes ja du&scaron;i all k&auml;ies. V&otilde;rreldes tavalise sporditeibiga kulub kinesioteipi ka m&auml;rgatavalt v&auml;hem, sageli piisab juba 20 cm ribast.
